Edgewater Park Holiday Happenings!

Santa Visits Edgewater Park in Early December!

Kicking off the holiday spirit this year, Endeavor Emergency Squad proudly escorted Santa and Mrs. Claus around Edgewater Park on December 10th, stopping at Magowan and Ridgway Schools, and the "old Pathmark" for families and children to greet them, get a "Santa selfie" and give Santa their Christmas lists!

Hundreds of Children Benefit from Generous Store Owner

Ms. Karen Bass of Bordentown, and her nephew Michael Coleman, contacted their friend EP Detective John Harris when they were closing their specialty toy store in Clementon, NJ, for advice on what to do with thousands of small toys and books they still had.  This resulted in a generous donation for Edgewater Park’s Toys for Tots campaign!

Marines Pitch In, Too!

Retired Marines Bill Bagerhuff (red jacket) and Mike Matkowski then came to the Township and loaded up their truck with the thousands of items, taking time to thank Mayor Lauren DiFilippo, Edgewater Park Township, Ms. Bass and Michael Coleman for helping the Toys for Tots campaign this Christmas.

Thanks to these generous people and everyone involved, hundreds of children will have a nicer Christmas!
