Committeeman William Belgard III

An Edgewater Park resident since 2001, William (“Bill”) Belgard was elected to the Edgewater Park Township Committee in 2013, a second term in 2016, third term in 2019, fourth term in 2022, and now his fifth term in 2025.

He has proudly served as liaison to the Redevelopment and Recreation Committees as well as the Township Planning Board. Bill helped rejuvenate Edgewater Park Day and has assisted with its planning and coordination in each consecutive year. Never afraid to roll up his sleeves, Bill can regularly be found around town meeting with neighbors, attending local events, and various different committee meetings and working with Township staff and the Police Department.
