Township Administrator Tom Pullion

Tom and his family have resided in Edgewater Park since 1992, building their home in Perkins Glen. Tom and his wife Catherine have been married since 1978, have (3) grown children... all of whom were educated in the Edgewater Park Public School System... and now have (4) grandchildren.

Tom has been actively servicing the Community since 1995 where he served on the School Board and as its President in 1999. It was at the end of this year that he decided to run for Township Committee and was elected to that office in 1999-2000.

He spent (15) years on Township Committee, being appointed to the office of Mayor in 2004 and 2014. On several occasions, he served as Deputy Mayor and has at one time or another held positions on virtually all the Committees established by the Township. For most of his time on Committee, he focused on directing the Committee in the areas of Finance and Administration to ensure the town operated in a Fiscally Responsible Atmosphere.

Tom was instrumental in working to rehab the Iron Gate Apartments, worked diligently to establish the Township's Master Plan and has, over the years with others on Committee, kept the Town compliant with regards to State Affordable Housing Guidelines.

Aside from becoming the Township Administrator effective March 5th, 2018, Tom was elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2017 and was just elected to his third term, which ends December 31st, 2026.  He served as the Director and now serves as the Deputy Director of the County Commissioners.  He is the liaison to the Public Works, Library, and Recycling Departments.

He was born and raised along with his (3) siblings in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, and was involved in sports and the Scouting Program, becoming an Eagle Scout. He graduated from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. with a BS Degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology.

His hobbies include Camping, Outdoor Activities, and Cooking.
