A NOTE FROM THE ZONING OFFICER:
Before you place any signs, sheds, fences, additions, pools or driveways on your property, you must fill out a Zoning Use permit with the Zoning Officer. There is no charge for the USE permit and may save you a lot of hassle down the road. The Zoning Officer is available on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 until 7:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. His phone number is 609-877-2217.
The Township is not trying to tell you what to do with your property. We are trying to keep our town looking attractive, inviting and safe.
If you have done any of the above things without the proper permits, please contact the Zoning office immediately so you can obtain the proper permits.

WHEN A ZONING PERMIT IS REQUIRED
A Zoning permit is required for new construction, additions, sheds, decks, fences, pools and concrete patios. Each zoning district has different setbacks, height and size requirements. A Zoning Use permit application must be submitted with the Building permit application to ensure compliance with the ordinances.
