Special Officer Navarra joined the Edgewater Park Twp. Police Department in 1999 and works as a part-time officer. He is a Certified Police Officer who works, full-time, as a New Jersey State Parole Officer. When off-duty, Paul enjoys working out, spending time at the shore, and visiting family and friends in Florida.
