Ordinance 2020-5       (FIRST READING) AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP

OF EDGEWATER PARK, COUNTY OF BURLINGTON AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED IN- BETWEEN STOKES AVENUE AND VAN ROSSUM AVENUE

Notice is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance 2020-05 to be introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Edgewater Park, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, held on December 1, 2020 at 7 p.m. and will be considered for second reading and final passage at the regular meeting of said Township Council to be held on the December 15, 2020 at 7 p.m. or as soon thereafter as this matter can be reached, at the courtroom of the Municipal Building located at 400 Delanco Road, Edgewater Park, New Jersey, 08010 at which time all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard concerning this ordinance. Copies will be made available at the Township Clerk's office in the Municipal Building to the members of the general public who shall request the same.

Ordinance 2020-6       (FIRST READING) AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EDGEWATER PARK, COUNTY OF BURLINGTON AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY "AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EDGEWATER PARK TO UPDATE FEES AND FINES"
