New Jersey American Water's Lead Service Line Replacement Program Is Underway
Edgewater Park’s water provider, New Jersey American Water, is assessing the water service lines for lead content during this January – March period. Their qualified contractor, CDM Smith, started door-to-door canvassing in Edgewater Park on Monday, January 26th.
Door-to-door inventory assessments and scheduled inspections of water service line materials in Edgewater Park will be ongoing and is expected to continue for the next few weeks. Attached is the Edgewater Park service line material map which shows the area where inventory assessments are being performed. The team will be working in census tract 7010.01.
