Hello Everyone,
I am saddened to pass on the information that one of our friends has passed away last night. It is very difficult for us to understand the loss of such a great person and great human being. He was a young man who dedicated so much of his life to helping and loving others! He was a Firefighter for the Beverly Fire Company, a Past Fire Chief of the Beverly Fire Company, and Edgewater Park's Present Emergency Management Coordinator. More importantly, Mikey was a Son, Husband, Daddy, and Family Member. Chief Mike Johnson exemplified what it meant to be all of those things!
Rest in Peace Mikey! We Love You and Thank You for your Service to our Community, your Commitment to Caring for Others, and for just being a great person and my Friend. On Behalf of the Edgewater Park Township Police Department, Township of Edgewater Park, and Residents of our Community... THANK YOU!
We also send out love to Heather, Mikayla, and Mikey's entire family at this difficult and sad time! Our hearts are broken for your loss!
