Code Enforcement Officer

Part-time position, 3 - 4 days per week. Inspects building units for continued certificate of occupancy compliancy. Conducts field inspections and enforces regulations to ensure compliancy with laws and ordinances. Creates and maintains records and files; performs other related duties. Starting salary range is $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. Valid driver license required. Maintenance Worker 1 Grounds/Maintenance (Repairer)

Public Works Department.  Full-time, $17.50 per hour. Performs work on park and facility grounds, experience w/ landscape equip. snow removal, tool, automotive and mechanical equipment repairs and ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks.  Pre-Employment drug test and background check required.  Must possess valid NJ driver’s license and a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred or obtainable within 6 months of employment.  Applications accepted until September 27, 2019 and available at the Municipal Building, 400 Delanco Road, Edgewater Park
