Live Where You Work-Edgewater Park
Edgewater Park is one of several governmental agencies throughout the state of New Jersey who have been sanctioned by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) to participate in the Live Where You Work Program.
This special homebuyer incentive program provides low interest 30 or 40-year fixed rate first mortgage loans to homebuyers who work in and who are looking to purchase a home in Edgewater Park.
Goals of the Live Where You Work Program
- Strengthen our neighborhoods and increase community involvement through home ownership.
- Attract individuals who work in Edgewater Park to also live in our Township.
- Develop positive relationships between Edgewater Park and members of the local business and residential communities.
