Board of Health
The Edgewater Park Board of Health promotes general health issues and makes decisions regarding health policy. Board members, drawn from the diverse communities in Edgewater Park, use their non-health care backgrounds to address Township health issues in a practical manner. The Edgewater Park Board of Health works in well-publicized forums, as well as behind-the-scenes, to make a positive contribution to the community's health.

New Jersey Veterans Drug Rehab Centers (VA, Tricare)

Veterans experience readjustment when they leave the military and rejoin civilian life. These environmental stressors have been linked to an increased substance use disorder (SUD) risk. The valuable information in the Veteran rehab center guides can help save those who might feel alone in their struggle and end stigma.
There are several rehab programs in New Jersey for veterans with substance use disorders. Treatment services for veterans may include detox, trauma-related counseling, and aftercare services.
