Mayors Wellness Event for June

Friday Night at the Movies! June 18, after dusk

An Invitation from Mayor DiFilippo:

Bring your family to Weimann Field to see a movie in the field. Leave the cell phone behind and pack a blanket and chairs! Snacks will be available or bring your own.

Of course, “they” say watching TV and eating snacks is not healthy per se, but family time is! But the rest and relaxation benefits are numerous, including confidence, behavior, and strengthening ties for everyone! And although we have all had lots and lots of family time with the COVID lockdowns and restrictions, this is a time to be outside, do something different perhaps, see friends, and have a good laugh! But most importantly, bond with those close.

Which MOVIE will we be watching? Jumanji: The Next Level! Free event; concession stand will be open.

See you there!

Mayor Lauren DiFilippo
